  • You can trust that your order will be packaged appropriately with no visible labels or markings identifying what was purchased (*Security e.g.Theft and Privacy Reasons).
  • We can ship products anywhere in South Africa and Internationally (As well as Cross-Border/Outside RSA) *Some Products can not be shipped to other countries due to local import/exports rules - we will update you accordingly
  • When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s).
  • Items in stock will typically ship out next business day once the payment has reflected in our account.
  • Please note that www.lovetoshop.co.za cannot guarantee availability of stocks if payment is not made within 48 hours.
  •  www.lovetoshop.co.za is not responsible for delays or losses through the postal services or couriers. Goods will only be sent out once payment has been made and cleared. Payments made after 1pm (specifically for Courier Services) will only be processed on the next business day. Courier Services DO NOT operate on weekends therefore if payment is made on a Friday, your order will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Methods and Prices

 

  1. National Orders- (SOUTH AFRICA ONLY!) South African Post Office Econo-post (6-10 days , COLLECTION AT POST OFFICE). PO Box/Physical Address accepted, NO POST OFFICES ADDRESSES ARE ALLOWED. SAPO DO GO ON STRIKE AND PACKAGES CAN BE DELAYED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE! Please take that into account when selecting SAPO as the Shipping Method. Once goods have been posted, the responsibility is on you to track your parcel.  We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets stuck indefinitely in the System should the Post Office not be operational, or delayed. -  R55.00
  1. International Orders (Countries Outside the Republic of SA) : Sent via the SAPO (international registered Air -mail, takes 5-10 working days to get your local post office) NO POST OFFICES ADDRESSES ARE ALLOWED – R299.00
  2. Postnet to Postnet Counter (Nationwide - within South Africa Only) - R99.00
  3. Flat Shipping Rate Courier Doorstep Delivery only within RSA (National - Within South Africa Only) - R75

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

  • Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.
  • Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
  • In case following conditions are not met, lovetoshop.co.za reserves the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return. - the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase - items and packaging must be received in new condition - the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged - packaging must include all original items.
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box - return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
  • Before returning package you need to contact us at sales [at] lovetoshop.co.za to receive a Returns Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided with your Returns Authorization Number.
  • Non-returnable products

    Some of our products by their very nature are not returnable. The general rule of thumb is that if we cannot resell the product you cannot return it. All returns must have their original packaging. Products that are sealed cannot have the seals broken.We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery. *Supplements, any herbal medications and/or preparations, Dietary and Herbal Products once opened cannot be returned *Please Check that you ordering the correct product. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges of opened or unopened bottles of supplements, any herbal medications and/or preparations, Dietary and Herbal Products. We do not offer a "money-back" guarantee either. We provide high quality products as described. We cannot guarantee that products will work the way you are hoping any more than your pharmacist can guarantee that a pharmaceutical will work for you, or accept returned medications.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
